Les Petits Berthais is a stand-alone farmhouse dating back to about 1850. It is equipped for 6. Most of its furniture and some of the equipment dates from the '50s - that's the 1950s; there's even a record player!
The house stands on 1000 m2 closed garden, surrounded by fields, with the Choeurs et Bommiers natural forest nearby. The well behind the house, in working order, is closed, so of no danger to small children.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living/dining room (35m²) with a fireplace, a kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, 7m²), bathroom/toilet (tub, shower and washing machine, 7m²) and the master bedroom with a king size bed (10m²). The whole attic is one big bedroom/playroom (35m²), with one king size bed and two bunk beds.
Behind the house is a terrace - enjoy the sun and the moonlit dinners! The kids will enjoy the swings, unless they are running in the fields or discovering nature. There will be a wooden pool (diam. 6m) from June 2008 onwards.
Les petits berthais is located at one kilometer from 'le moulin de palbas' and at three kilometers from the village (bread, bar, tobacconist, post office). Do bring your pets, they are welcome and will have a great time too!
